4ONE Day-36-09JUL11

Stayed home all day today... was a nice day out... but felt like I have a lot of things to do... ended up spending most of my day typing notes... (nerd yes..but it will most likely be short lived) anyway, whilst thinking of what to post today, I looked down and saw something that is really important, but I think we wouldn't appreciate it unless we lost it... learning about spinal cord injuries all week, has given me a new appreciation on how fragile the human body can be, if affected in the correct places. Something I am certainly grateful for are my hands. Without them life would be so much more difficult.
